  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.






Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer



Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping fees may apply for reshipment.





Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages



  • We are not liable for packages damaged or lost by the carrier.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.






Returns Due to Failed Delivery



If an order is returned due to failed delivery (e.g., unclaimed package), the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
